Please read these terms carefully. By submitting your plans and payment, you agree to them.
1. Limitation of Liability. HomeReview Pro's total liability arising from any review, report, or service � regardless of the nature of the claim � is limited in all cases to the amount of the fee paid for that specific review, without exception. We are not liable for construction costs, rework, delays, permit fees, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from issues identified or not identified in our report.
2. No Guarantee of Completeness. We prepare every report with care and diligence. However, no review can guarantee it has found every issue present in a set of drawings. A finding not appearing in the report does not mean that condition is code-compliant or error-free. Our review does not guarantee permit approval by any government authority.
3. Not a Licensed Engineering Service. Our reports are advisory and informational only. They are not stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or licensed architect. Our reviews should not be the sole basis for structural or life-safety decisions. For matters requiring professional stamps or certifications, please engage a licensed design professional in your state.
4. Privacy and File Security. By uploading your drawings, you confirm you have the legal right to share them for this purpose. We use your files only to perform the requested review and do not share them with any third parties. All uploaded files are permanently deleted from our systems 90 days after your report is delivered.
5. Scope of Service. This service is intended for residential construction projects only. Results may not be applicable to commercial projects. Fees are non-refundable after the review has been completed and the report delivered.
6. Binding Agreement. By submitting payment and drawings to HomeReview Pro, the client agrees to all terms stated above. The review report is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The review is advisory only and does not replace or supersede the official plan review process of any governmental authority having jurisdiction. The client assumes full responsibility for all construction decisions made in reliance on the report. These terms form a binding agreement upon submission of payment.
